On November 19th, another trial concluded that glaringly exposed the lies and fraud associated with the thousands of YDC abuse claims and subsequent payments accusers have received.

New Hampshire’s public-school enrollment dropped again this fall, even as the state prepares to send a record level of aid to local districts next year. The Department of Education’s October 1 count shows 160,323 students enrolled statewide — about 2,300 fewer than last year and more than 44,000 fewer than in 2005. The release marks the first full set of figures under Education Commissioner Caitlin Davis. While enrollment continues its long decline, state support is rising sharply.

On Monday, November 10th, the State of New Hampshire will once again attempt to convince a jury that Stephen Murphy abused children while he worked at YDC.
