64 Current and Former GOP Legislators Endorse Lily Tang Williams for Congress

WEARE, NH — Sixty-four current and former Republican state legislators have formally endorsed Lily Tang Williams (R-Weare) in her campaign for New Hampshire’s 2nd Congressional District, giving the Weare Republican a significant boost of grassroots and institutional support heading into 2026.

“I am honored to receive these endorsements for my campaign,” Williams said in a statement. “I want to thank them all for their public service and their trust in me to represent the Granite State in Washington, D.C. I will work with them closely to address their concerns at the federal level to serve the people of New Hampshire.”

The list includes several sitting state senators — Ruth Ward of Stoddard, Victoria Sullivan of Manchester, Kevin Avard of Nashua, and Keith Murphy of Bedford — along with dozens of current and former House members representing communities across the state.

Among the current House endorsers are Reps. Paul Terry, Glenn Cordelli, Calvin Beaulier, Rich Nalevanko, Lisa Mazur, and Mark Warden, a mix of veteran lawmakers and newer voices in the Republican caucus. Former Sen. Bob Giuda, a longtime conservative leader from Warren, also announced his support.

The endorsement roster underscores the broad network Williams has cultivated within the New Hampshire Republican Party since launching her first congressional campaign in 2022. A native of China who became a U.S. citizen after escaping communism, Williams has built her message around individual liberty, small government, and border security — themes that have resonated with many of the state’s conservative voters.

Williams’ campaign said she plans to continue traveling the district to meet with local leaders, business owners, and families, emphasizing issues such as inflation, education, and federal overreach.

The full list of endorsers spans every corner of New Hampshire, from Coös County to the Seacoast, reflecting a strong showing of support from within the GOP’s legislative ranks.

With the 2026 election cycle taking shape, Williams’ growing coalition signals that many New Hampshire Republicans view her as the party’s strongest contender to reclaim the 2nd District seat, which Democrats have held for over a decade. The current seat holder is Maggie Goodlander (D-Concord).
